Entire hotel had no air conditioning during recent heat wave. Found out that the hotel aircraft conditioning system had not been working for three weeks and hotel did not send any notifications!!! Horrible conditions! Customers were sleeping in the lobby because room temperatures were unbearable. We left and booked a separate hotel. I should get a refund!! If I don't I will not use this service again!!

This hotel does not have access to restaurants or public transportation. There was no convenient way to go into Frankfort for the evening for dinner. As for the shuttle, we called the hotel the morning before arriving and were told the hotel shuttle was scheduled for pickup at 2:45 at the airport We were in the bus area at 2:30 but two of our party needed to use the restroom. Since the schedule we had been given had 15 minutes before we expexted the shuttle to leave we thought there wouldn't be any problem; however, the shuttle left at 2:35 despite the fact we spoke to the driver and let him know we were there but needed to keep our party together. It too over 50 minutes befre he returned to shuttle us to the hotel. In the future, if you tell guests shuttle times, please stick to the schedules provided. We waited 50 minutes in the hot sun for a shuttle even though we were all at the stop at the time provided to us.

The staff is very nice and the distance from the airport is ok not that far. Airconditioner is not cold enough. But everything else is great.

This property is no where near the airport. We reached Frankfurt Airport at 9:45 pm. I was told there is no shuttle at this time, took a taxi for 33 Euros. We tried to book a shuttle for 6 AM next day, was told the shuttle is full. Asked for a 6 AM reservation of Taxi. Was promised breakfast. When we came down at 5:45 AM, breakfast trays were empty and all food was taken. Taxi did not arrive at 6:00 and found there was no cab booked. Finally got a taxi at 6:15 and got to our 8:30 flight in nick of time. Overall a v terrible hotel, will never book again. Hotel cost was $65 and taxi cost $70 and all the stress. Not worth it.
