Wasn’t happy about an hour after I had checked in I showered and laid in the bed to realize a roach was crawling on the wall. I went to the service desk to ask for a refund and so I could not change my room, nor given a refund. I am not happy at all. I feel a full or partial refund should be given to me.

My husband noticed little stones on the carpet in our room - making us think that it wasn't swept very well. We also were disappointed with the breakfast. Indications were there would be a hot breakfast, but it was cereal, pastries, and a sausage/egg sandwich that you could warm in the microwave.
