Most everything was fine. Was quiet until loud talking near my room in the middle of the night, woke me up. Also I bought my laptop but no wifi in room. There was something in the lobby....but I saved enough $ on my bill to treat myself to some good meals later that day!!

Pros: Price

Location: Located along a busy highway, there was plenty of convenient shopping and lots of restaurants nearby.
Although it was clean enough, for a two night stay they did not leave fresh towels, nor did they pick up the trash or make the bed. The only personal hygiene item provided was a bar of soap. No shampoo, etc., and the ice machine was hidden on the first floor between rooms 115 & 117, and no signage anywhere that I looked directing you to where to find it. At least they had an ice machine though, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Plan your stay

Pros: Location and friendly service. It was also nice to have DirecTV with plenty to watch.
Cons: Add basic carpet to most rooms and place pet owners in hardwood floor rooms well away from those without pets.
Location: Very nice restaurants nearby and close to Hwy. 15.
The staff was very kind and helpful; they attempted to remedy my issues with the room. "All 158 rooms feature WiFi," was a play on words which I found out later I had to pay for. I was charged for the prepaid card, and I never got it working. When I asked for a refund, I was charged again and then refunded the second charge; still paid for the first. The hotel is pet-friendly and I'm assuming this is why the floors are hardwood which is understandable. However, I was placed next to a room with a dog who kept me awake with barking. The building has three floors and because I was on the second, I was also awakened by the toddler above me who continued to drop toys. The bed was a little hard for me; just personal taste (reason for 3 rating for comfort.) In the end, I packed up my things and left at 10:30 pm. I had already been there for about 7 hours so it's acceptable that I did not receive a refund. You can make this work for you as an overnight stay; I would just suggest that you plan ahead of time the room you would require. This is a great place for pet-owners because most places won't accept them. However, if you are not, just make sure you ask for a room far away from any, and it might help to ask for a room on the third floor. With the hardwood floors, noise could come from anywhere, but less I'm sure on the top floor.

Fast and easy check in and checkout. Friendly staff as well. Security was a plus. The location is perfect for the mountains, parks, and close to many shops and restaurants. My family and I would definatly stay again if in the area. Very affordable as well.

Won't be staying there again.

My experience at the hotel was very poor. I was on vacation visiting a friend and thought this location was a good deal for the price...I was wrong. They charge for WiFi with 2 options. It's either $2.99 for 24 hours for the low speed or $4.99 for the high speed. The low speed is literally unusable. It took me back to the days of dial up. The room itself is not terrible. But the amenities are lacking. No microwave, no Kleenex. Coffee is the only thing provided breakfast-wise. Housekeeping was okay, but there was one day I asked them to come back later and they never did. All in all it was barely enjoyable and I wouldn't suggest this place to anyone.

Nice hotel for the price, great reno

For the price this hotel is unbeatable if you need a place to crash. Bed was firm but comfortable. Room renovation was nice but it is still a low level hotel. Towels were small and rough. You should bring your own towl. No tissues and only one bar of soap. Room was rather big and comfortable. I enjoyed the stay.

great hotel close to interstate

Pros: easy access to the interstate
Cons: check in at an earlier time instead of 3 oclock
Location: fine dining all around the hotel area within a mile or so.
Friendly staff clean and quiet rooms plenty of extra towels and wash cloths.

THEY LEAVE THE LIGHT ON FOR YOU, BUT BUYER BEWARE

Pros: see above
Cons: This company needs to budget more money for standard maintenance items. If so, it would increase customer satisfaction greatly.
Location: I stayed in Frederick, Maryland....there are many tourist attractions to visit there.
My check-in took about 2 hours before I was able to find a suitable room. Before you reserve a room, make sure you are receiving a microwave and fridge. They cost extra. Speaking of add'l charges the don't mention when you call them, wifi is also extra. In the location I reserved, they informed me I could pay an add'l $3/day for wifi, only to later inform me their wifi is inoperable in all the rooms, and has been for over a month. The microwave and fridge also cost an add'l $3/day. When I requested these appliances in my room, I was told I had to find another room....after I began unpacking. The new room had the following problems: 1. tv cable was broken, but it was repaired within the hour. 2. sink was clogged...took about 24 hours to fix. The repairman did not complete the repair ticket, so the next day another repairman knocked on my door to fix what was fixed the day before. I was awoken by the knocking. 3. The sheets had burn holes. 4.The entrance door handle and lock were dysfunctional and required repair. The door keys did not work, and the door had to be jiggled to open. The good news: the heating unit worked fine, and did not rattle or blow smoke into the room(yay). The water was hot, and the staff was very accommodating. Keep in mind: You get what you pay for.
