First room was filthy. The toilet seat was up and toilet was full of urine. The toilet seat was covered in dried urine. Second room wasn’t much better. Big stain on top of bedspread. Carpet not vacuumed, several beer bottle tops scattered around the room. Bathroom floor was covered in someones long hair. Stay away from this place.

Affordable

Beds were a little hard and the tub wasn't clean. But we just needed some rest during traveling so it was ok for that. Definitely wouldn't have showered in that tub though.

100% satisfied

Excellent, excellent value for a very good price. It's right off I-95/route 3 and in the middle of Central Park and the mall. Great location, pleasant staff, sweet TV with tons of channels including Showtime, fridge and microwave were in great condition and clean, bed and blanket very comfortable. I'll be staying there every time I return to Fredericksburg.

Old property

Pros: Close restaurants, Free Internet
Cons: Poor breakfast
Picked this property because costs were high in the area, even though it was a 2 star. However, the property borderlines on needing a downgrade. I moved into the first room and it had a very musty odor. I moved to a 2nd room and it was better. I stayed for 4 nights and it was ok, just ok. Worried about floor and bed spread cleanliness. Breakfast was free but scarce. They put as little items out as they can and get by saying they have breakfast - cereal, juice, coffee and muffins. Some desk staff were nice and some could have cared less. This is the first hotel I have stayed in where I had to check out the iron from the front desk. I would not stay there again.

Satisfactory for a quick stay en route to vacation destination.

Pros: Close restaurants
Cons: Poor breakfast
We stopped here for a quick sleep en route to a further destination. For the money it was satisfactory, just a bed to sleep in. Friendly service, near restaurants and shopping.
