We stayed as two couples .. Friends. Self Check In was amazing fast and easy. I would love more information prior to arrival in English more detailed information about "room service". We knew there was no room service but we didn't know "the owners" wouldn't even change the towels. No Body uses the same towel for 5 consecutive days. And when we asked for it, it took more than 24 hours to do so (as they forget to do so the next morning), that was disappointing. APART from "changing towels" the room was great, in super new condition in a new neighborhood in Freiburg. The place was super quiet and very private, lots of free parking around the building. I Was a bit disappointed as the photos were not very accurate as they show room in an upper level. We got both rooms at ground level which was nice with a private "balcony" outside. But I wished and asked for the room in the photo (Upper Level) !!

Convenient stay in Freiburg.
Initially, we were confused, since the email directions were in poor English. At first I thought it was sent to wrong recipient, and there’s no front desk. But a resident helped - then all was fantastic, new, convenient. Two women would prefer an extra mirror, maybe a long one in entrance, otherwise very well appointed.

Heated floors :)
My husband and I travel for work, but have never had the pleasure of being the first guests in a room. It was nice and modern, they took extra steps to make the room comfortable. We greatly appreciated the heated floor. At only about one mile from old town and train station, it was a great pick.
