Carpets everywhere were filthy. Laundry facilities inoperable. One ice machine for 5 floors of guests. Only 1 of 2 elevators working. Rm key cards had to be reprogrammed once a day.

But the handicap room and when we got there the people had not checked out and said the handicap room was not available having stent surgery in my brain the next day it was very hard to walk down the hall to the room it felt like the toilet was on the floor. Not very happy

You can see that the hotel property has dated so much. Renovation is in order.

We booked and paid thru travelocity but than we were told to pay again at check in by an assistant manager.We booked 2 rooms and i personally made a phone call requesting at the front desk for the rooms to be side by side but at check in we were told that the notes were in the system but no one followed up so we ended up getting a room that was for disable access.tv remote didn't work .i felt than our stay at this location was a bad experience and we still have not got a call back from the cooperate after i called them and told them our experiences.BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THIS FACILITY AND THE FRONT DESK ASSISTANT NIGHT MANAGER.
