I had a great view of downtown Fresno from my window. Staff and sports bar is awesome. Only thing I can say bad about this place is not every floor has an ice machine, but wasn't a priority.

thought that breakfast was included??? patioto door lock was broken, has a brocken security for on room door. tolet seat was loose.

Hallway smelled bad and carpet was dirty and walls needed painting. No bed bugs or roaches so that was good. Restaurant was good. View was terrible

Hotel going out of business soon

Pros: Food next door was very good.
Cons: Parking vendor, AC, and elevators.
Location: Located in a bad area of downtown; stay in hotel unless driving somewhere.
This hotel was probably very nice a few years ago but it appears headed for closure. air condition did not work in bar, hallways, and elevator making it uncomfortable. The kitchen had to be closed as the air conditioning was broken. Patrons in the bar had to go next door for drinks and food. Elevators are extremely slow. Also, parking service, which is run by an outside company, was extremely poor and employees rude.

Bad area

Bad location, many homeless people around and do not feel safe at night. Also no one came and serviced our room, would not recommend.
