This is 2 star rating hotel; dirty, had no pillows, no comforter, the floor was peeling, smelled of cigarettes although it had a "no smoking room" sign, mold in the shower, only had half of roll of toilet paper and limited towels. Very noisy, could hear people running upstairs all night. Breakfast was good and the attendant was very friendly and sweet although she was running around like crazy as nearly every table in the large room was filled.

Dirty unclean un friendly staff and each of the two rooms that they moved me to were as bad as the other finially decided to simply live with it

Oh where to begin....this is a Catfish hotel. Pictures show a doctored, enhanced version of the real experience. Our room and hallways we're filthy, with stains and trash. We didn't feel comfortable laying on the bed after what we saw. We purchased a "non smoking" room, but the smell of smoke irritated our eyes, suggesting that it was not. The area around this hotel makes you check your wallet and lock your doors. It's situated in a "not so good" part of town if you catch my drift. With our experience, we couldn't stay the night in this room. With our eyes irritated and a headache from you the smoke coming on, we packed up, canceled our reservation and left. 0 stars

The first room had dirty sheets and the second room had no heater, only blew out cold air all night. The view out the window was nothing short of a junk yard. It was all their discarded and broken junk. There was a dumpster in the back where we had to park to access our room and outside the dumpster was a broken washer and some other garbage. The boards and walls look like they’ve never been cleaned! It was really bad. The lady at the front desk was polite and moved up quickly when we called about the first room being dirty. After moving from one room to the other we chose to just deal with the cold after a long drive we didn’t have the energy to call and complain about the heater only to have to move to a 3rd room.

My room had torn up carpet, stains, stain/damage on the bedside table. The breakfast was very lackluster even for a complimentary breakfast. The overall quality of the room was incredibly misleading from the images on Travelocity. This is my first time writing a review for a hotel because its the first time I've felt so misled. The pricing did NOT match the quality

The location seems to be in an unfortunate part of town indicated by the vomiting drug addict in the alley near where my car was parked. The security guard barely looked up from his cell phone to acknowledge greetings, or suspicious people passing by for that matter. When I saw the condition of my room, particularly the bathroom, I was appalled. Hardly been touched by a vacuum, no clean corners to be found, and there was scum on the back of the toilet and scum on the toilet lid as well. When I lowered the lid, my hand stuck. Not OK after a 5 hour drive. Not OK
