Settle in for a day of reading in the cozy loft, set up your laptops and indulge in some remote work or schooling in the main-level office space, or head outside in warm weather to dine in the open air or swim in the seasonal pool.

For sleeping options, this vacation rental includes four cozy bedrooms spread out across all three levels including two rooms with plush queen-size beds and en suite bathrooms and two rooms with twice the twins - great for younger visitors!

Quiet hours are 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Any noise that can be heard from more than 50 feet away is considered unreasonable noise for this area. Noise should not be audible outside of the home during quiet hours.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
