Michelle at front desk and Mark in the Gator Den were outstanding. TV remote didn't work and no one was available to help. Ran out of food for breakfast.... the one person working couldn't keep up with demand

The room, pool and continental breakfast were very good. The night staff wasn’t very pleasant when we checked in. We were very unhappy that we paid $45 for a taxi from the airport when the website stated free shuttle service. The lady at the desk said there is no shuttle service at that time and we needed to call 24 hours in advance to get the shuttle. NOWHERE ON THE WEBSITE did it state this. That was the main reason we went with the hotel. Highly disappointed with that!!!! Morning staff and Alex, pool maintenance guy were very pleasant. Website needs to be changed or people who paid for a taxi when should have been given free shuttle service should be reimbursed.
