Welcome to this beautiful bayfront home! This is a perfect beach house for your family vacation, friends get-together, romantic getaway, or fishing trip. Enjoy the open spaces, the contemporary kitchen, and gorgeous rooms with the comfiest of beds. The private boat dock is available for your use with a boat lift and fishing lights.  Take in the sunrise and sunset with 360 degree views from the back deck. The coastal views and breeze will take your breath away! 

NOTE: Our cancellation policy will remain firm in all circumstances. Please ensure you are able to travel prior to booking, or purchase trip insurance to protect both parties. We can assure our guests that we will continue to be incredibly detailed in our housekeeping procedures, including the deep cleaning all surfaces and linens during the turnover of each home. Your peace of mind is our priority.

Location: Terramar Beach community in Galveston, Texas

WIFI: High-speed WIFI throughout the home.

Cable: We provide Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own Amazon Prime, Netflix, or other streaming service apps.

Community Amenities: Guests have access to the Terramar Beach community pool (open Memorial Day thru Labor Day) and boat launch/marina with our provided keys.

Beach Access: 2-3 minute drive from the Terramar beach access point.

Pet Policy: Up to 3 pets are welcome in our home with a $25 fee per pet. We ask that pets stay off all furniture, are cleaned up after in the yard, and aren't left alone inside the home unless in a crate or kennel. Please message us if planning on bringing your furry friend to Galveston!

Must be 24+ to book.

NO parties are allowed in our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip!

You will have access to the entire house, garage, and fishing dock! There is a boat lift that is operable but guests will need special permission to access it.

We are always available through the Airbnb app when needed.

Terramar is a wonderful, quiet little neighborhood perfect for families. It has a large shared pool and most days your family will have private access to it!

2-4 cars can fit in the garage and 2-4 cars can fit in the driveway. No street parking allowed, must park in the culdesacs further down Chiquita.

There are security cameras on the exterior of the home (none on the interior) for the protection of our guests and for monitoring when the home is vacant.

There is a strict 10pm noise ordinance that is enforced by the HOA and our neighbors that live there full-time.

We are unable to price match any rates found on other booking platforms.
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Groups larger than 8+ would need to be approved. We love hosting church groups, family reunions, etc., but do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- No jumping or diving into the BAY
