If you’re looking for fancy, Pearl Inn isn’t for you. But if you’re looking for a motel that’s clean, inexpensive, close to the beach (right across the street, walking distance, from the beach!) close to restaurants & the staff were accommodating, then this is your place. I’d go back. 🙂

The location is the only good thing. The rooms are small. The parking is very poor. Staff unfriendly. Showers small.

The staff were all very concerned that we were pleased with our accommodations and were incredibly friendly. The hotel was clean, the beds were comfortable and the pool was clear. It is across the street from the beach where lifeguards were on duty and there is even a nearby area for fishing that is restricted from swimming and it was lovely to have such close access to shopping and restaurants. My family and I will absolutely be back!

The staff was quite rude and wanted to argue about the checkout time though it was posted! The floors were not clean and turned my white socks black. Ratty, old blankets with cigarette burns. Hair all over the bathroom. The decor was very old and desperately needs updating. We were very uncomfortable.

Rip off, $148.?? For a ?! Motel

Pros: 3 minutes walk to the beach
Cons: Insulation thicker walls, bigger rooms, extra seating
Location: Within 7 minutes are museums, Fair park, bars restaurants & nightclubs as well the beach
Pictures in website are not actually or inaccurate, dirty rooms, very tiny space 1 small Seat, noise neighbors as walls are thin I can hear even people's furts etc, difficult to sleep not enough parking spaces, no breakfast to include not a big deal, shower tubs with hairs & dirty smelly. This type of place should be charging between Thirty to forty Dollars, Located next to a ghetto neighborhood I did not feel safe at all, lucky didn't happen anything as I slept just 4 hours, did not feel good about the place at all. If you have a choice please find another one area with honest reviews. I believe the reviews mostly are fake.
