CityPoint Apartments at the Western Hotel

Pros: See above.
Cons: A minor thing but include some mechanism for making ground coffee rather than instant. I bought a French press and donated it to the apartment!
Location: Ideal location at the center of Galway, within minutes of Eyre Sq, the train and bus station, Galway Cathedral, and about 50 pubs and restaurants.
Fabulous accommodation at a reasonable price. Breathtaking views of Galway Bay. The hotel staff was friendly, professional and attentive.

Great location

I absolutely loved staying at the Citypoint apartments, the apartment complex is a short walk from Eyre Square, which was great for restaurant and bar hopping. My only complaint would be having to check-in at the Western Hotel, while it is a short walk from the Citypoint apartments, it's inconvenient.

Great location, large apartment.

Pros: Location and size
Cons: New paint and better trash receptacles would go a long way.
Location: Very convenient...just a block from Eyre Square and downtown Galway.
The apartment could use some TLC, but there was clean and with plenty of room. In addition, there is a full kitchen and laundry. For those staying more than one night, replenishment of toiletries and minimal maid service are an additional 10 euro a day.
