Great views
The driving views were fantastic. Cleanliness was good. We must’ve come with the wrong season because there was no pool or hot tub available. Also, if you stay for any period of time, I would recommend making sure that you had plenty of cleaning supplies/toilet paper, towels, and in this particular place had no hot pads to use for removing hot items from oven. But overall stay was pleasant.

Hot Tub Not in Service
I was told I would have access to the hot tub before I booked (which was recently, last min booking) but when we arrived the hot tub was not in service.(due to remodeling that building) I would’ve went with another place due to going skiing and I definitely needed to soak. I’m sure the property owner was well aware. Master bedroom curtain was dirty. Bathroom bottom wall and baseboards dirty. Fireplace carpet dirty. It just didn’t feel or smell clean. Not to mention check in was at 4pm but I didn’t receive any door access until 5:30 ish… the monopoly and other board games had a ton of missing pieces. Location was awesome for Obar Mountain activities. View was great as well. That mountain ride up was crazy! Not many rails but amazing views.

Do not stay here
This condo is not well maintained. No internet but neighbors had internet. No tv of any kind because no spectrum cable internet or cable tv doesn’t work without internet, ( but neighbors all worked)! Light bulbs burned out of some lambs. There were not kitchen dish rag or towels. There were no wash clothes in the bathrooms. Property maintenance finally brought wash clothes and kitchen towels. Also brought HDMI cord to see if tv or internet would work with (NO Success)! I think condo owner didn’t buy cable / internet bill. Under entertainment table was months worth of dust and a pill under it. Very disappointing stay.

The toliet didnt work, the fire alarm was dieing beeping every few minutes, there was poop, boggers and pee on the bathroom walls, dirty underwear, nakins and colored from pervious renters under the beed, stains on the bed sheets, and so much more. We waited for 5 hours for house keeping to come, they never did. I called again and asked to talk to manager, apparently they dont talk to guests so we left the property right away and found somewhere else to stay. The property said they do not offer refunds it was just horrible and disgusting!

Good overall
There are a few complaints I have that are relatively minor from my perspective. The smell was initially uninviting. It smelled like cigarettes by the front door of the condo but once inside it was fine. There is no elevator which really was not convenient given that we were a family of four (two littles) with luggage. The toilet in the on suite bath ran non stop which I didn’t really care about but definitely needs attention. Over all the stay was good though. The view is beautiful and the condo was clean.

You will regret your whole stay.
Pool & jacuzzi is down, we were not informed before our booking or visit. The other reviews are VERY ACCURATE FOR THIS STAY. Not clean, very poor management.

Views
The views wear incredible for the price. I did not have to spend a lot of the vacation expense on the location. The condo is not in tip top shape! The bathrooms could be cleaner, the couch is worn out, the dishes were dirty when we got there and could not be used unless cleaned, but I chopped it up as what I paid for is the view. We spent most of our time in town anyways! We also got a lot of wind at the top of the mountain and the owning over the balcony was not secure and flapped and banged around all Friday and Saturday night me and my husband slept upstairs it was very loud and we got little sleep. We had a ton of coupons to use on fun attractions that was very thoughtful and appreciated. I'm ok with taking a little to give a little so all is good. Depends on your preference and expectations this was just my experience!
