I only encountered the staff upon check in and my husband got clean towels from a person cleaning a room. We had to walk up the ramp to get to our room up to ramps. Actually it was horrible, dragging our luggage up. The rooms are very outdated the floor carpet is so dark that upon daylight, it wasn’t just dark it was dirty filthy. The bathroom along the sink. A bunch of the shampoos and soaps had fell down between the wall and the bathroom. They were all still there, cobwebs everywhere, the comforter and shams looked dirty and the room smelled. It was the worst experience of my life, and then I had to pay Almost twice the price for Friday and Saturday when I should not have because there is vacancies all around in town. I shouldn’t have been up charge for that. I will never stay at this place again. It was a horrible horrible experience. The grounds were nasty. They left bags of trash outside, and when you woke up in the morning, the Bears that had the trash thrown all over, so you had to walk through that to get to your vehicle , this place needs torn down and remodeled and there needs to be an advisory put on there

Staff was excellent. They had recently remodeled the room we stayed in. Everything worked well in the room. They weren’t completely finished with decorating the room but we were not there for decor. The only complaint was the pillows were bad. We would use this property again.

We got one of the balcony rooms where the balcony is right over the stream out back. Not sure how many rooms have this, but it's a really nice place to sit.
