The room was clean, dated... The furniture was so uncomfortable, and the bed was terrible you could feel the springs. We did not rest at all in this room. We came home with sore backs from the bed. The room was clean.

I like the area and spaciousness. I didn't like that it is non-smoking since I am a smoker and going outside to smoke is dangerous.

I didnt like the bathroom was dirty aunts in the bathroom sink tv turns off not good the living room tv didnt turn on at all i will not stay there again

I loved the location! It is definitely outdated. Paint was peeling off the walls in big chunks. Everything in the room was damp, The couch and towels especially and if you left your suitcase open your clothes felt damp also. It was clean upon arrival. The set up is a little odd. You have a sitting area then bathroom and kitchen in the middle, then the bedroom. I feel like an open floor plan would be better. It just felt really cramped IMO. This would of never been my first choice, but we booked a last minute trip and everything in my price range was booked. If all you are doing is sleeping here it is ok. The pool just didn’t look appealing so never did use it. As we were packing up our things to leave a cockroach ran out of the kitchen area, had I seen that on the first day we would of never stayed here. The worst part about this place is they for some reason charged my card 4 times for the room. I am already back from my vacation and I have not received my money back yet. It was over 1625.00 … if I didn’t have the extra money in my account that could of ruined our whole vacation. (This is why you should book using a credit card) If you can stay somewhere else I definitely would. This would be my last choice.

The condo was spacious and well equipped. We had a great time and it was a block from downtown.

Upon arrival to the room we immediately noticed a lot of cleanliness issues. There were pubic hairs in the bath tub and on our towels, the room was extremely dusty in multiple places & had crumbs on both mattresses along with a dirty freezer. The most shocking part was our back door wouldn’t lock at all which is a complete safety issue. There was no one working on site when we got there and the next day we had to rush out to make it to our show on time so we couldn’t catch anyone until we got back. When we returned there was no one working on site again. I informed the front desk of the issues when I went to check out the next morning and he said he would notify the housekeeper of the cleaning issues. I have stayed at many different locations and I’ve never been quite disappointed or disgusted with a place like I was with this one.
