Beds were probably as uncomfortable as I’ve ever slept on. The hotel is conveniently located, but the convention center was very loud, and so were the guest from two rooms down. There were sofas in the hallway. Don’t sit on them. Some guests lounged around on them (and I mean laying down on them) all day long wearing their night clothes. The price is as low as you’ll find on the strip, so that’s the service you’re paying for as well. The vending machines WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY. They did leave clean towels at the door because I kept the Do Not Disturb hanger on the door. There was an ice container in the room, but after staying for six days, I never saw an ice machine. There was no channel guide in the room. No phone number listed for the front desk, so you’ll have to go to the “lobby” to ask them to calm your neighbors down, and best of luck with that. The “balcony view” was the roof of the convention center, complete with beer cans and shoes in the gutters. So many little things that could be done to improve the property, but they’re obviously not concerned with that. Our stay wasn’t completely terrible, but this hotel is one and done for us. I’ve stayed in many hotels in my life, and aside from the convenient location, this was the worst one I’ve ever stayed in.
