We got to encounter a bear while walking to our room which was fun.....Other than that I wish I could forget about this motel in bad need of a remodel.

Many minor issues, but one major one. Room key stopped working every time we needed to get in the room. Made at least 4 trips to the desk to get new keys. You need to get that fixed. Staff not welcoming and extremely neutral.

Everyone was helpful. The room was clean. The pools we're great! The restaurant located in hotel was amazing. Plan on staying here next time we go.

We stayed for a four night stay and it was nothing like the pictures and we got no service done on our room by the time we left we had trash piled up and we had to go to the desk to get toilet paper and coffee very disappointing I will not be staying there again
