The hotel is nice but our tub was dirty, looked stained. The pool was small but clean. My kids really enjoyed it. The booking process, which was through travocity was a disaster. On the booking and confirmation page it showed 2 queen bed as my husband and I, along with our twin boys were traveling. We ended up with a handicap room with 1 queen bed. The hotel could/ would not change my room.My boys had to sleep on the floor. I ask the hotel front desk for extra blankets and was told they didnt have any. What hotel don't have extra blankets/pillows? I called travelocity and they could not change my room type either. Now grant it, it was my fault that i did not read the confirmation email they sent me after booking or this could have been canceled and avoided. This was a quick booking of less than a week but surely between the 2 places they could have changed my room even if they charged me a fee.

Lady in lobby was very friendly and sweet. Could tell it was an older hotel that needs some updating. It was so NOISY! Sounded like the windows were open and could hear traffic all night. Pullout couch was super uncomfortable, even taking into consideration that it was a pullout couch. Nasty hair balls (as in multiple) came out of the jets when we tried using the jacuzzi tub in the room. An opened can of Coke was found by my 6 year old in one of the dressers. I made sure breakfast was included when reserving through Travelocity. The "breakfast" was a cup of nasty juice and a pack of mini muffins. Pool hours were listed as 9am to 11pm. We had to call to get the pool opened due to it being locked at 9:45am. I will make sure not to stay at this location again.

The hotel was clean and their was no issue with staff. I did not like that someone came in to empty trash and give us clean towels while we were out. There was bags for us to empty the trash ourselves. And I would’ve fathered asked for more clean towels than someone coming into the room when we weren’t there. There was no breakfast like described. There was bags of muffins one morning but nothing the next. Don’t say continental breakfast if there is nothing. But overall it was a nice experience.

My main concern is how dirty this place is! I get it’s old but that is no excuse for being nasty. I was in the shower and a dirty washcloth fell on me that was hanging on the rod. Looked up and there was another one hanging there too! It was stained and stuff! Bedsheets were dirty. Walked with my shoes on because the floors were filthy! I not a very picky person but this place is ridiculous for the price!
