This place was magical. The staff was excellent. The rooms were very clean. The Santa show was wonderful. The breakfast each morning was better than any other place we’ve stayed in Pigeon Forge. The decorations were fantastic. Their beds were so comfortable. We will be staying here again.

Great hotel

Location: Great location close to all the shows
Great hotel! Staff very courteous when checking in and all the decorations are so beautiful. Excellent breakfast. Singing with Santa was great and the chocolate chips cookies were great to end the day.

Great hotel

Pros: The Christmas theme throughout the hotel, very clean everywhere, friendly staff, and excellent buffet breakfast.
Cons: Food trays for the breakfast buffet, especially when you choose to eat at the tables outside.
Location: Very convenient to many restaurants and all kinds of shopping nearby. And, of course, visiting the Great Smoky Mountain National Park.
Great location in Pigeon Forge. Many restaurants, theaters, and shopping all nearby, and, of course, the Great Smoky Mountain National Park. The hotel was beautiful with the Christmas theme throughout the hotel and rooms. Great buffet breakfast. We had mentioned that we were celebrating our 48th wedding anniversary while there and were surprised with a Christmas Tree Ornament and cookies that were left on our bed.

Can't wait to go again!

To sum up my experience...My face hurts from smiling so much! The staff at the hotel was so kind and friendly. The breakfast was amazing, SANTA is AWESOME, the decor throughout the hotel including the rooms/suites was so beautiful. Very comfortable and Very Clean.

Wonderful Spring Break Experience

We had so much fun staying at The Christmas Inn. My mother really enjoyed all the Christmas decorations and we had to visit each floor to see all of them. The hotel was clean and comfortable! The breakfast is amazing. Would love to visit again!
