When we first checked in, we were given keys to a room that already had people in it and unknowingly walked in on them. After getting settled into another room, we tried to use the jacuzzi. It had a leak. Flooded the loft it was in, the bathroom under it, and the bed. We were only there two nights and ended moving our stuff around three times because of all the issues.

Floors were filthy we had to buy kids slippers cause their feet rurned black from floors. They need moped daily. Had to buy a thing for barh tub to hold water in order to give kids bath cause tub broke. Pop machines were empty entire time! Howerver the free breakfast was ok kids enjoyed it. Staff not very friendly direct and to point! Will not go back.

The property was very dirty. I got the room with jacuzzi an if I would have filled the tub up it’s hard telling what would have blown out of jets!!! Very nasty!!!

Charged me $250. Tried to say we smoked in our room. We did not. We dont even smoke. I will get this charge taken off my card. Ridiculous. I am very upset.

Pros: Great location. Very convenient to The Island - especially the service entrance. Ample parking. The in-room jacuzzi was very nice. The staff were accommodating and friendly. Cons: The place really could use some renovations. The mattresses were decent, but the chairs, dressers, and sofa in the room looked extremely worn. The wood paneling in the rooms gave it a “cabin” feel on the inside, but in areas where there were gaps behind the paneling, it was completely filled with dust and debris. Lots of surfaces that could use a fresh coat of paint. The included breakfast was a little disappointing. A pancake machine, cereal, bagels, yogurt, and microwaveable sausage biscuits. No eggs or fruit. The day of departure the wobbly elevator quit working, so we had to carry our baggage down from the top floor.

Comfortable, convenient, but dirty.

While the hotel is comfortable, roomy, and convenient to everything, the floors were filthy.... I’m not just talking dirty! The carpets were soiled and the hardwoods so dirty that our feet were black from walking on them just the short while we were there. I would recommend you take your own cleaning supplies if you choose to stay there.
