This property is horrendous. Broken down, unkempt, paint worn, grassy area full of dog feces, parking lot with cracks and potholes. Unsafe damaged railings on second story. Old couch on front porch of one of the units. Office is empty and abandoned, no attendant on property. Pool is half empty with slimy green water and damaged fence. Sketchy neighborhood. DO NOT ever consider this property!

Room filty. Amenities are a lie. Never had any coffee pot or other things that they said you would. Pool was not even available. No trash cans. Fridge filthy. Would not even attempt to use it. Building extremly run down. Looks like people wre actually living in rooms permanently. So much more that I won't even go into.

The hotel was very dirty and run down. Room was filthy and broken outlets, bathroom was nasty, bed looked like it was on poles. We we arrived we looked at the room and canceled. Would not recommend staying there to anyone.

This property should not be in business. Very dirty and outdated. Water always ran in the bathroom, floors were disgusting. Just really horrible and it was not worth the money.

There is no way I will stay here again. This is maybe a $50 a night hotel not $300. Definitely lost my money on this stay. Room was dirty, hair all over bathtub, no soap or shampoo, soap dish broken with sharp edges, no extra toilet paper (not even a half roll when we checked in and ran out with no way to get more), shower didn’t work with hot water. Very disappointed with this stay.

We got a room for 2 days and when we arrived they did not have a room . And so we had to clean our own room and change your own bedsheets for a room that someone used.. And then when we went to eat they sold the room to someone else horrible horrible place.

Room was disgusting. Entire place is run down. I over paid immensely. Would like to have a refund. This place needs to be shut down until it is remodeled or just shut down for good. Fully regret staying there and had it not been so late when I checked in. I’m would have found a different place. I feel very very ripped off and will never stay here again.

We did not stay at all after seeing how horrible and nasty this place is. We were getting bites on our legs just looing at the rooms we were going to stay in. Do not trust websites pictures. The had blood on the sheets of a supposed cleqn room. People doing drugs outside on the balcony areas. The definitely had bed bug problems. 30 plus mattress throw on the ground of property along with broken furniture. Roaches crawling in the rooms. This place should be torn down. Never had issues with this travel website until now. I told them they were being deceitful about pictures of property. I am definitely fighting paying for this if I have to get an attorney involved. We have pictures to back up everything!!! Even the night manager said we made a wise choice to not stay. I camt believe a place like Gatlinburg lets this place stay open. No towels, soap, toilet paper, nothing. Worst place I have ever seen in my life. They are refusing to refund our money after not staying and giving them the appropriate time. Now they have taken things of their website. To bad for them we have proof before they had the opportunity to remove the free cancelation!!!
