This pet friendly open concept basement apartment has an amazing location, literally across the street from the popular Fox River Bike Trail and walking distance to downtown Geneva 3rd street, cinemas, bars, the Metra Train (1.5 mile), golf, tons o' shopping!

St. Charles is 2 miles away with restaurants, shopping, night clubs, famous Hotel Baker and 9 miles to Lamplight Equestrian!



You'll love the central location, charming cottage-like home, new stove and new small kitchen appliances, cookware, and boho decor. Hotel Baker is 2 miles.

Free laundry and room for Fido! Pet friendly (additional per day pet fees apply) and sleeps 4-5 people.

IMPORTANT: There is only one parking space. Driveway located on a hill which requires backing down the driveway when departing. Additional street parking 1/2 block away, around the corner. Apartment temperature is 72 degrees all year in the multi-plex apartment building.

Location, location, location
Such a charming, well maintained, clean, well stocked rental. Right in down town Geneva. The host thought of everything from coffee, tea to laundry pods in case we needed. We frequent the area typically 3 to 4 times a year and hope it will be available for our next trip.

We stayed for a girls shopping weekend. This place was easy walking to the Main Street in Geneva. It was decorated so cute and fully stocked with everything. The hostess was so nice and very prompt responding to questions. I even forgot something and she met me to give it back. So sweet.

We loved our stay. Cita made every step easy for check in and check out, and was always available for questions. The apartment is beautiful, comfortable and stocked with everything you may need. With the park and walking trails right out the front door, our dog also gives our stay a paws up. 🐾

From checking in to checking out (and everything in between) this was one of my favorite VRBO rentals to date. The owner is very attentive if you need something, the apartment is lovingly decorated, and you cannot beat the location (being directly across from the river). I would give this property six stars across the board if the ratings allowed it.
