One thing we just didn't appreciate was an unannounced maintenance guy show up twice but I understand he was only trying to help us/ make sure everything was working for us."

"I would book this again next time our sport takes us to town. As a team of 4 (1 couple and 2 singles) it was great for everyone to have their own room and to have 2 bathrooms to get ready for our games. It was dog friendly which was perfect for a 3 day event. Everything was clean and Eugene was great at communicating in a timely manner."

"I have travelled extensively for work, both internationally and domestically, for over a decade. Tiring of airplanes and hotels, when with family I opt for road trips and vacation rentals. This was the worst place I have ever stayed. A couple hours by car from the location, I got an email that my trip had been cancelled and that I would receive a refund in a few days. A few days? Where was I to stay in the interim? On the street? I called Lusso Stay and was told that it was a mistake, and that my stay wasn’t cancelled. Once there, we realized the pictures hide a lot of problems: —The carpet and tile in every room lacks transitions and there are exposed nails and broken tile every few feet. —The house is in disrepair: the master closet has an unfinished plywood shelf, the vanity is missing a drawer, there is mold near the floor, and there was a centipede on my towel. They tried to defraud me of almost $7K. Part way into my stay, I was charged the full amount again, but broken into multiple transactions. Their accounting dept was “closed” so I reported the fraud to my bank. I was in town to recover from major surgery. I left early, as I didn’t feel safe, even though it wasn’t yet safe for me to travel. I asked for a refund for the days I didn’t stay. I didn’t get it. I tried to leave a review, but my stay still showed “cancelled” and they removed the listing after trying - unsuccessfully - to steal from me. Guess it is back. Don’t stay here."

"This property was perfect and located about 1 mile from the Roseville aquatic center. We were all very comfortable and the A/C worked amazingly well for how hot it was this weekend. Thanks for a great stay!"
