They had to move me rooms because my first room didn’t have working air. The second room never really cooled down, at least the air worked! Asked for a fan and they didn’t have one. They did however give me bottled water, not sure if that was a normal thing, but that was nice.

Good service, friendly staff. Did not like the bathroom not having toilet paper holder, have to stretch to get the paper which is under the sink. Did not have time to try out any of the amenities offered due to time constraints. Maybe next time we'll have more down time so we can enjoy and relax.

Nice hotel with pool

Pros: We try to stay at Hilton hotels most of the time
Location: We went to Gilroy Gardens, shopping at the outlet mall and horseback riding
We stayed three nights with our two granddaughters. The hotel was well located for the activities we had planned in the Gilroy area. The kids used the pool each day of our stay, the water was clean and warm. We had vouchers for breakfast. If you don't have vouchers, eat elsewhere as the price is high $15.95 and the selection leaves something to be desired. Warm cookies before dinner are a big hit with the kids.

Very nice hotel, I would stay here again!

Pros: Very clean and staff was very nice and helpful. Beds were comfortable.
Location: Gilroy Outlets
We went to a wedding in Watsonville up in the mountains so Gilroy was really close to get a hotel. The Hilton Garden Inn Gilroy was great! It was also nice that they had a place to eat there as well. The hotel is also close to the Gilroy Outlets!
