The apartment was well equipped and very clean. The living area and bedroom were very big. The only downside for us was that the ceilings were low in parts and my husband is 6'4" tall so kept hitting his head.

NOT a pleasant stay at all.
Good points: Appeared clean Bad points: Landlord seemed lovely on arrival however when we tried to find her in the morning to inform her of our disappointment, she was nowhere to been seen. When we raised our complaint with hotels.com, she lied to them stating we seen her before we left and had no issues. 100% NOT TRUE The apartment had a delightful mixture of aromas but the two scents that really stood out were feces (near the washing machine) and damp. This was possibly why all the windows were open and hard to close. They were definitely better open though as it is a poorly converted loft space therefore, stifling hot (no air con would you believe?!) but the noise of the busy traffic outside the rooms that you're meant to be sleeping in is quite annoying too so it's a no win situation, sadly. The decor is TERRIBLE. See pics. The bathmat (which was hiding a patched up floor) is a health and saftety issue (my 4 year old daughter found this out when she tripped over it and bruised her hip) There was sellotape holding the ceiling lights together. My husband hit his head on these more than once which wasn't much fun at all. The sofa bed was tattie, could feel the springs through the cushions. Big bit of wood under the cushions too. The double bed was also very uncomfortable. The coffee was rock hard and the kitchen sink tap was broken off. Never normally complain but the fact we didn't even get a decent sleep made me bring this place to hotel.coms attention. Not good enough

lovely spacious apartment
the property was lovely and really spacious which was great for crashing at after a family event. perfect location if you are attending an event at the hotel next door and want that more private space. the location was confusing as i followed the direction even from the email and google maps which takes you to the wrong side of the road. the property needs a little touching up in the decor but thats just being picky
