Stately exterior gives air of prestige
The architecture, its location on Blythswood Park and the interior design of its common areas give this hotel a particular air of prestige. The concierge David can be relied upon for good service and sincere congeniality.
I like the location of this hotel very much, finding many destinations within walking distance.
I also thought housekeeping did a good job, particularly about restocking items (tea, sugar) I used the most.
Sometimes the front desk didn't answer at night and one time out of three, room service took 2 hours(but then they paid for it). I also wish they put writing paper and envelopes in the room, but nobody cares about that anymore anyway. So overall, I loved the place and will stay there again.
