Victoria at the front desk was very helpful, friendly, and quick acting when we requested a room change since our original room had just been freshly painted and smelled very strongly. Strangely, the second room we were assigned had a really strong and unique odor that we couldn’t air out. We didn’t report it to the front desk since they had already been so accommodating, but I would advise maintenance to do a room check for odors- possibly related to the remodel.

The parking was very limited; we struggled to find a place for one vehicle due to numerous motorcycles that we for guests who were all sharing one room. The breakfast area was very small; only three to four very small families could eat at a time.

Bed was comfortable. Nice having couch in room. Breakfast was good with lots of selections. Check in and out was a breeze

The room was not very clean when we checked in. There was hair in the bath tube. The bed looked like it had been just jumped on. And there was an old ear plug on the floor next to the bed. Complained about the bed and nothing was done. I picked this hotel because it was rated 4 1/2 stars. Not even close. Full breakfast was nice
