Got into our room, room was filthy. Switched rooms, then bed was broken. Orher thi gs also, just overall bad experience

Didn't like anything at all it was so dirty the refrigerator didn't work at all electrical issues fire hazard huge large drip water in shower/tub you could hear all night our room was in front of a dirty green pool and spa we will never stay there ever again nor recommend to our friends and family

The bed sheets were stained and I felt like I was unable to sleep on them. The carpet was lifting and torn up. The white towels also had stains on them. There were also people drinking outside of their rooms which can be intimidating. I do not recommend staying here at all.

i did not like the size of the pillows they were way too small. Probably need to do something about the smell in the room. It was very musty. Other than that things were good.

My stay was OK, requested an accessible room, thinking of a roll in shower, but was not the case, tub and transfer bench!!! the whole complex had only one van accessible parking space and it appeared that many times one of the limited handicapped spaces was occupied by a managers vehicle!!!
