Hi Toia, We have a paid cleaning service that comes in so to say that blankets and cleaning weren't done just isn't true. I know you had some difficulty with our phone lines due to a Telstra fault but we were on site when you checked in and had communicated with your via Facebook. Was there any particular reason you did not come and see us so we could fix these issues?
This property will be closed from January 16 2023 to December 16 2024 for renovations and will resume operation once the renovation is complete (completion date subject to change).
