This property is excellent but very busy i did not like the fact the on site parking was not available to guests.

This was the second time staying. Never go back again. I went for the second trial, then as the first time, the second visit was horrible. Especially, do not expect you’ll get an on-site carpark.

Our checkin experience was very poor, staff happy to ignore you while you are standing there to the point of being “invisible”. When my husband complained to them they tried to justify it, no apology. I had to ask for the dooner to be changed on the bed as it was very soiled, twice I call ed housekeeping when they finally came to change it (we were out) they just had remade the bed and didn’t change the dooner. Don’t expect anything by the pool, no food, no drinks, no alcohol, no service!
