Needs upgrade and is not a 3 star. Barely a 2! Room access is by exteriior doors. Room was hard to keep level temp due to draft from door.

Staff was ok - asked for a blanket and had to call twice. Went to buffet at 925 and they told us 7 times it was getting ready to close. The property was advertised to be IN the park but it was not.

Our staffs need to make sure you were aware of the hours. We will forward your comment to the department managers for review. For the hotel location, we are located in Tusayan, only about a mile south of the Grand Canyon entrance. Thank you.

Very disappointed in the condition of the room and location. it was very noisy and the bathroom door opened against the toilet which made it difficult to enter. Booked through Travelocity and was told that's what we get when booking through 3rd party. No concessions could/would be given.

The food wasn't the greatest for the price! My Patty melt was the size of a regular hamburger and didn't fill the bread it was put on
