It was great to get a room on the top floor, in the same breath how terrible to put us directly above the jacuzzi where other guests were out drinking making noises until all hours of the night. We booked a quiet hotel. This was so filthy we never wanted to be in the room.

Photos dont show the exterior entrances. There was an elevator, but we were not thrilled with the guys grilling in the parking lot. Seemed noisier than we expected. We ended up picking an neighboring hotel that was more in line with what we expected.

We loved our stay at Grand Canyon Plaza hotel. The front desk staff were friendly, the room was spacious and cozy, and the location was perfect. Walking to distance to everything you need and they also have a restaurant and shop in the main level. One thing that needs improvement is the beds. We had a double room and both beds were uncomfortable.

I like the Jacuzzi. The check-in staff was rather rude. Housekeeping needs to leave people’s supplies alone. I brought a plastic bag for my wet swimsuit, napkins, plastic forks, and spoons. This was all taken away by housekeeping. I should’ve put out the do not disturb sign, but I forgot. I have never had housekeeping come in and take these things before. I’ve always had them clean around the items that I have. If it were trash, it would be in the trashcan.

This place was so expensive… for what you pay it was not worth the money. Also food around here was very expensive and terrible. Loved the Grand Canyon but I would never stay here again. Staff were not friendly for the most part.
