I checked into my room at this property later in the day, around 9:00 PM. Staff was friendly and courteous. Took my room key and grabbed my bags. I was looking forward to watching some video for the day (I was vacationing) so I sat at the desk a few minutes with my laptop. As soon as I laid down on the bed, I started itching, and when I looked over there were 15-20 bugs (bedbugs) crawling around me and had bit me. I immediately jumped up and got my bags and clothing away from the bed, and notified the staff. I have video and pictures, which I showed the night clerk. I was given another room, and notified the desk clerk that I'd like to discuss with the manager. I also notified the morning desk clerk that I had the bedbugs, and showed her the pictures and video, and again gave my contact information. A week later, and I have emailed and called the manager, to no response. Extremely disappointed.

They gave us a room that was not ready. They gave us another room that was ready but we were not pleased with the cleanliness. There was a mouse pellet in the bathroom and the tub was not as clean as it should be. We will not be returning.

Room was clean but small. Breakfast good with hot food. Railing and stairs need paint. All in all a great place for being old. Good location for a break from the long drive. Restaurants within walking distance. We made it during corona outbreak that is forcing a lot of restaurants to close. The Outback Steak House was still open but not sure for how long.

The room I had was not in a rentable condition, specifically the bathroom was a wreck with very crude drywall repairs from plumbing leaks above, the paint in the bathroom was not completed, the shower stall walls were broken and fractures. The bathroom was hideous.
