We paid for 2 nights anticipating our long distance train ride. After checking in we were in our room for about 2 hours when we got word that our train had been cancelled. We checked out after being in the room for only a few hours. The hotel would not credit the SECOND night. The clerk gave me some story about the rack rate. I have spent dozens of nights in hotels and motels, many of them Choice Hotels. This is a very poor way to add to your bottom line as repeat customers and word of mouth are the best marketing you can get. Choice hotels and this property should review their cancellation policy in the interest of customer service and satisfaction.

This place was baaad. The office workers are rude, the rooms are dark and depressing. The sheets had a ton of stains and there were 0 amenities. The only positive is that downtown was super close.

This property is quite run down and cleanliness is a 1/10. Piullows smelled like smoke and linens were old.
