Lovely two bedroom one bath guesthouse located in the heart of Flagstaff, just off Historic RT66.
This home is brand new as of Dec. of 2019. This Home is a free standing house, not attached to any other residence. It has a garage to park your vehicle. We have central heating and air-conditioning.
This home is close to everything the flagstaff area has to offer, including access to the trail system in flagstaff. We are 17 miles from Snowbowl. 78 miles to Grand Canyon South. 33 miles from Sedona.
We just added a central air purification system. (I-Wave R)When the ions come in contact with viruses, bacteria or mold, they remove the hydrogen molecules-without them, the pathogens have no source of energy and will die.
We clean and disinfect all surfaces.
You will feel right at A lovely home with privacy, and in a safe neighborhood.

Excellent place for my wife and I to stay for a long weekend. We were close to family and the place was nice and cozy. Close to Sedona and Snow Bowl for hiking. Place was clean and decorated with Route 66 decor.

Great place to stay in the Flagstaff area for skiing, hiking, whatever you decide to do. Nice guesthouse with everything needed and plenty of room for the family, plus a garage for two cars. Great stay.

Great space and amazing location!!
My significant other and I loved this space! We spent two months working remote from Shauna’s listing and loved it. The wifi was fast which was very important for us. The trail systems behind the neighborhood was a nice surprise and was amazing for hiking and mountain biking (hidden trails). The only critique would be that the place is not as clean as we would have hoped for a two month stay but overall, we enjoyed our time here!

Great experience and property. Dropping off our youngest to start at NAU, and we've found out in Flag from petit trips that hotels are either terrible or priced very high. This was a great Option B, which is now our Option A!

Great over the garage 2bedroom with great room. Fun Route 66 decor. Easy access to hiking and biking trails, and just 5 minutes drive from town.
