Thanks for the review. You did not check in at a bar but instead at a counter that we have turned into a check in desk. Even if there was not live music people would have still been on the patio to eat at the restaurant. Pretty much every hotel/lodge up here does not have a/c. We just invested into the evaporative coolers to keep the rooms cooler. The ice machine is inside the main building had you bothered asking anyone would have gladly provided ice for you. We apologize for the two conditioners. There should have been a shampoo and conditioner. Yet again had you asked or said something anyone would have been glad to help you, No one is available in the mornings because we are extremely short staffed. There is a employee/housing crisis up here. If we had more staff we would have someone downstairs at the front desk in the mornings. We provide a key drop box for the keys for this reason. Someone is always down by 9 a.m. check out is at 10. Thanks again for the review and for staying with us.
