Unfriendly, not clean, said they had a shuttle but didn’t. Not helpful in giving information about surrounding area. Restaurant have limited food and was limited due to language barriers.

The room needed a better cleaning. Although the mattress was newer, the other furnishings needed replaced as they were very worn. The amenities were basic. This was not a good value for the price.

Lots of problems with the room: tv not working, shower not working, toilet ran continually. Staff did not offer to compensate for any of this, or respond with any accommodations or recompense when I asked. Unfortunate. That said, great pool and great location.

checked in was very good and staff was very good and accommodating. room is very clean and amenities for non handicap person. but as i checked into a room which was rated accessible it was not. toilet was not handicap ADA rated. No hot water... had to let in run in sink and tub for up to 20 minutes to get l warm water. staff recommended we move to another room. what assurance would we have that it would be any differant. Bed was way to high to transfer into..not ADA approved
