The issue's I had were 1) The room darkening shade was broken / damaged and wouldn't work correctly. 2) The bathroom tub glazing was pealing off and was hidden with the bath mat. and 3) The miss-match of the caulking in the tub/shower looked unprofessional.

They have no hot water in the bathroom sink! The first room had the interior door lock on and I have to go back down and get a new room. The river view is beyond a joke, a peak a block away, 90% the view is the top of a building. The bartender shouted across the room to me, a women traveling alone, was that room 423! Did not give me my 20% off on dinner for the coupon I gave her, I asked at the front desk and he just looked at me and never answered. I could go on and on!

They served good food and had some neat stuff to do outside. Nice view too. Could be a little cleaner though.

Had to wait half an hour to check in because the only competent clerk was off driving a shuttle. It's on the Grand River, but Travelocity blatantly lied about a "room with a view" when the view was not of the river but of a parking lot and highway. Never have I been so completely disappointed by an online hotel booking.

All show and no go!

This is the same old Radisson with some cosmetic updates. My non working refrigerator was e wait staff in restaurant was disappointing. I was not asked how my stay was so I felt it appropriate to review here for potential guests.

Great place to crash but not stay for long

Good-Lobby and room decor are nice. Front desk staf was helpful and nice. Price was good. Bad-The walls are paper thin and can hear everything conversation as you walk down the hall. You can see where every repair was made, do to painting over holes in the walls and paint was slopped all over the shower head. Industrial area.
