Felt fortunate to be able to stay in Green Bay for an affordable price following the Packer game and was excited about staying at the Green Bay EconoLodge for the first time (after many good, pleasant experiences at the hotel in Oconto, Wisconsin). Although it provided close shelter when the snow hit, the overall experience was very disappointing. Walking to our room, the hallway smelled like someone's BO. Upon first glance, the pool and hot tub looked like it hadn't been cleaned so didn't even bother with it. The bed, updated bathroom and free WiFi were nice but the heater kicked on every little while and we were awakened to someone repeatedly banging on our door early in the morning (530 am or so) prompting a call to the front desk. We hardly slept that night. Proximity to restaurants and to the stadium was perfect but if you are coming strictly for the game (and the Packer experience) I would suggest paying a little more to stay somewhere else. We will not be staying here again.

I liked that it was budget friendly and within walking distance of restaurants. I didn't like that the deadbolt in the room didn't work.
