The property was marginally clean and I saw no roaches It was really terrible fixtures were broken, wall paper crumbling, telephones didn't work, it felt dirty.

We had to ask if the room had been cleaned before we checked in. There was trash left from previous occupant that was never picked up. We left it to see if they would. Nope. Sheets were changed the night we checked in because we asked. They never changed them again the whole time we stayed. Only got towels replaced once during our stay. We stayed five nights. The wallpaper was coming off the walls. Carpet was pulled away from the wall. Carpet was very dirty and made the bottom of our shoes black. We bought cleaner to clean the room ourselves because it was gross.

The room I received had this pole sticking out of the bed frame, making it a serious hazard. The hallway to the room reeked of marihuana, and the room itself did not have a shower curtain, no phone to call the front desk, and no batteries in the TV remote. It was unbelievable!!

First thing I see when we walked in the room was trash on ac unit , a coke can and a water bottle . The hallway was like something out of the Shining .

Nothing unique or special, generic hotel room. The bathroom was in poor shape, rusted light fixtures, shower stall and fixtures were broken or leaking, the sink had a constant leak. The room teamed of cigarette and marijuana smoke even though the facility claimed to be a non smoking facility. Only stayed 1 night even though was booked for 2. Will not be returning to this hotel

That you your recent stay and review. yes we are nonsmoking and do evict all who smoke. There was a concert on Friday night and possibly these guest did smoke and left room at which time we checked to see where smoking was being done and no one was in the room? We would have been happy to move your room to another one if you had let the front desk know.

Seems outdated, broken dryeall in the hallways, exterior door locks were defective, could use a deep clean, beed sheeta had stains.

Thank you for your recent stay. We are in process of painting our hallways and would have stopped during the weekend. Entry door was fixed as soon as next day. Ill be sure to speak with laundry lady to be sure the stained linen is soaked and if stain not used for rooms.

Thank you for your recent stay and review. Our entrance door was broken by a guests child and it does take a few days to get ordered and replaced for such a piece of safety glass.
