The atrium and meeting area were beautiful. All areas including my room were exceptionally clean. Staff was very friendly and attentive. A perfect stay!

This place was a joke - room check in was supposed to be at 3:00 We did not get a room until after 5:00. The staff was completely useless and the manager disappeared once there was a growing line of unhappy customers. No "sorry" and no recompense. The room was fine, but frankly, this hotel does not deserve the "Crowne Plaza" badge.

Front desk person was unfriendly at check in and said I couldn't check in til 4. I have stayed at many hotels and they have always been accommodating. And charging money for the bottle of water in one's room??NO ONE does that anymore. Also, the process to print out documents on the computers is too confusing, unwieldy and time consuming
