horrible conditions,floors were dirty.

Pros: Nothing,I will never go back..
Cons: Cleanliness,and at least place a coffee machine in the room.
Location: NOTHING,unless you want to go to a pawn shop,or a loan shop,or a gun shop. they are all over the place.
I expected a clean room. It had a full kitchen but no utensils,no coffee maker,no dishes,and they didm' even offer breakfast. The floors are very dirty,when you walked on them your shoes would stick to the floor. After 7 PM the office is closed and you are left to fend for yourself.

OK if you like smoke...

Arrived at 10pm. Reservation clearly stated non-smoking room. Given a room with 3 ashtrays, which smelled like someone smoked a whole carton of Marlboros at once. The young lady at the office stated, "Our policy is to guarantee a room, but we don't guarantee which type of room, and we don't have any non-smoking rooms left." A little smoke may have been tolerable, but this room reeked. Had to call travel agency to cancel, and find another room on our own, as there were no other rooms available in the immediate area. A customer service experience that I won't repeat.
