You can tell the owner really is trying. The room was clean enough they could have did better on wiping down the lower part of the toilet and had yellow stains on it and hair fragments in the tub

The building smelled of mildew and smoke. The room was filthy dirty with food ground into the carpet and dripped paint everywhere. The room was itchy and likely had bugs. Very very dirty and unpleasant. I’m afraid we will get bed bugs.

We arrived at about 4 am, no thanks to Avis car rental screwing us over and trapping our family of 6 at the airport. We arrived, already paid for the room ahead of time. The lady at the front counter gave us our room keys and we all head there, exhausted and carrying everything. The door didn't open as the latch was done on it. Wrong room!! We almost went into someone else's room!! Get back to the front desk, sorry about that, here's the right one, which was on a whole different floor. We get up there and the room is kinda gross...found someone else's sock and dirty underwear under the bed, a bed bug of some sort on one of the beds and I swear to you it was poop covered toilet paper behind the bathroom door!!! We strip the beds completely, check it even more and get us all to bed. The next morning we tried leaving and the door handle came off! We went down to the front desk and bring them the handle. The new general manager who was on day 2 of working there tried refunding us for the night, which I have not received. The regional manager got us a different room 2 doors down. I attempted to contact travelocity to get that refund for the first day but after 2 hours I didn't get anything. No partial refund for the one day or the $150 credit that they offered me. We only had housekeeping stop at our door one time and it was the first night we were there. We stayed for 7 nights!! I had to constantly send my older kids down to get towels. Pool, gym, breakfast, ice machine closed!!

This place was better than I thought it would be from the reviews. Clean and seemed updated. The bed was really comfortable and I wanted to take one of the pillows home! The staff was good and the woman that was in the lounge area taking care of breakfast was awesome. Would stay again
