I booked this hotel because it showed up when I filtered “pet friendly” hotels. I was told upon checking in that it was not pet friendly and had to ask for a refund. Because it was thanksgiving day I could not find another hotel and was forced to drive 4.5 hours home very late at night.

I apologize for the inconvenience with our pet policy. We indicated on this booking site that we are not pet friendly and I will elevate this to Expedia for immediate resolution. We did cancel your reservation without penalty. I hope this helps in some regards

The check in check out staff were not welcoming or friendly. We were never asked if we enjoyed our stay. The toilet seat in our room was loose and moved around when sitting on it. The king size bed appeared to be broken in the middle as it was sagging in the middle which resulted in tolling down hill to the middle of the bed. Made my back hurt and kept me awake due to how uncomfortable I was in the bed.

The property seemed new and clean. The maids were great. Our check in clerk, however, was rude and charged us some bogus amount to run our credit card after we had already checked in.. She made up some bogus crap that she had to have our credit card in case we bought food from the store at the front desk after i questioned her. Also, we stayed here to have computer printing office use for travel. There is no office printer or computer here. Much needd to navigate our trip...not happy...
