The Landings is in a great location with easy assess to Rodney Bay and pigeon island to walk and explore the beautiful island. The beach is very nice and all the amenities are well kept. All the staff are very polite, welcoming and professional. A great stay.

Very disappointing. We were placed in an old unit that was way too far from the Beach Club where we ate breakfast every day. This property clearly discriminates against Expedia bookings. We have 2 family members who cannot walk long distances. Despite numerous requests for a centrally located unit (including pre-arrival) our requests went unheeded. The ensuing walks were painful. One of our family members has severe allergies; food service manager could not have been kinder or more attentive. However, the prices -- especially for drinks -- were outlandish. Lunch service was indifferent at best; literally a minimum 2 hour experience. Maid service was poor -- they had to be constantly reminded to bring new towels and refill the coffee/creamers on a daily basis. This property should be much more attentive given the prices!

Exceeded any and all expectations! Staff make the resort and everyone we met was welcoming and friendly and helpful. You could tell that they enjoyed working at The Landings. Food was great and it never felt too busy, even though we were there right before Christmas. No issue getting beach chairs, or using the beach equipment. Condo itself was clean and spacious and gave us a “wow” factor every time we walked in! Staff was excellent and really made our stay! Miguel and Nicholas are a big part of our family’s stories and fun memories! Definitely recommend the all-inclusive option. Thank you Landings for a great vacation!
