The hotel is located at the center of town but in an area where the noise from activities at the Jardin del Centro is not a problem. In addition, the hotel staff is very attentive, professional and friendly. Above all, it is clean and procides a very comforting atmosphere. Great location

Great location - walking distance to restaurants, shopping, sight seeing, and groceries. The hotel is very trendy and the restaurant is great. The only critique is that the hotel restaurant and bar close early, but there are plenty of food and entertainment nearby.

Wonderful experience in Guanajuato

Pros: Fantastic location. Super front desk personnel. Great room.
Cons: Restaurant maitre d' not suited for his work - less than friendly. Breakfast buffet items frequently empty.
Location: Central location and so much to see in this lovely city.
Great hotel! Has indoor pool so bring your bathing suit.
