Sea La Vie is a lovely family beach home located in the Fort Morgan Area. (PLEASE check the locator map.) A sugar white sand beach is just a short walk away, plus you will have access to an outdoor pool right across the street from the home and access to the amenities at The Dunes Complex which includes another outdoor pool, hot tub, an indoor heated pool, sauna and a fitness center! The main level offers a spacious open floor plan, 3 bedrooms and baths, a set of built in bunks in the hallway, full size washer & dryer, and a porch with a Gulf View and a swing! The downstairs offers a large bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, a covered entertainment area with parking.

The living room and all bedrooms are equipped with a TV. There is NO cable TV, but all TVs have a ROKU device. All beds are made with crisp white linen and the bath linen is supplied. Bring your own beach towels. A modest supply of amenities are provided. Plan to bring extras for kitchen and baths.

I have never given a bad review till now
The condo was filthy the cleaning staff did come back and attempt to clean but we had already tried to clean ourselves. There as no broom and no hairdryer as advertised. The furniture was old . The beds were fine . The parking under the house has sand piled up and smelled like sewage. The air was not cooling but the owner did get someone to fix it . The location was very good. .

Best house for the price
House is very large and accommodating for family of 12. Had two issues while their contacted own and within hours problem solved. One was an air conditioning unit and she had it replaced immediately. Would defiantly recommend this house. The only thingI could suggest is new chair for front porch. My husband and boys are over 6’5” and weigh around 220. When they would sit the furniture would crack. It looks to just be worn out and glued,screwed or pieced back together. As the general size of Americans is growing I feel this would be a wise investment.

The picture of the place was taken years before. Dishes dirty pots and pans not clean enough to cook on. People’s things still in the closet. Missing smoke detectors. The chairs on the porch were rotten and broken. The bedroom downstairs you have to go outside not safe for kids.

Good Location, Needs Updating
We Had a Great Time and enjoyed the beach access. The house itself, needs a deep cleaning and updating (painting etc.). Additionally, the listing did not make it obvious that the 4th bedroom was off the carport and had an outdoor bathroom.
