The property was nice suited to purpose, but the biggest complaint I have is your travel site overcharging me around $65 a night for a room that was quoted much less, y’all are just wrong for that Travelocity, trip advisor, or whoever site wound up booking our room, not the hotels fault but we sure know better next time!

Very noisy. Children running around unattended. Curtains fail to block out light from security lights. No amenities at all.

The location was close to the beach but the building itself was in a sad state. As much as we paid per night it should have been cleaner and they could use some updating of the actual property. Also, went to check in and they had given our room to someone else for the 2nd night even though our reservation was confirmed the morning of check in.

We are excited to share that we will have a fully renovated property within the next 60-90 days. We will be updating our website and images as soon as the work is complete. The floors were dirty and sandy. The towels that were folded and passed off as "clean" were not clean. The towels had dirt marks and stains. The rooms were never cleaned. No turn down service. The ice machine was not clean both in the inside and outside. The beds were uncomfortable. no hair dryer was available. Hardly any room to put luggage any where. The staff enters room without masks to "clean" room or leave towels. With the spread of covid. They are not taking the extra step to make customers feel safe.
