Room was clean.. But after being here 2 hours " visitors appeared.. Cockroaches..showed up..Not happy..Then internet kept freezing up. No wifi no code Why ck in at 4.. But have to ck out at 10? Thats not a full 24 hours yet I paid for a 24 hour stay. I realize you have to.' Clean up...but cant you bend alittle on ck.out time? I was going to book for next year for 10 days.. But ...will probably look elsewhere.

The view and location of this building is perfect, couldn’t have asked for a better location. With that being said.. this hotel needs MAJOR updates. It was by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at, with the absolutely best location. I travel a lot and was absolutely obsessed with the location and completely disappointed with this specific hotel. The elevator took 10 mins to even open, both sides. You’re staring there forever, it’s very slow moving when going up or down and even made us fear it wouldn’t work or we would get stuck. The staff left Massive piles of dirty bedding under near one side of the elevator closest to Pink Pony. I mean probably over 500 towels, blankets etc it was at least 3 large carts full just laying there. The rooms are outdated and very small. We had to sign a no smoking waver but people smoked at the pool. We had a large party in room above us that were loud all night long. Two men were on the balcony and SPIT over onto two teenagers. We asked if they spit, they smiled and waved then 10 mins later did it again. We told the older man that worked front desk and he said if they do it again to let them know. Total crap. We had dirty towels as the maid was getting onto elevator with the cleaning cart and clean towels asked if we could get new ones and she said that’s the maid and shut the elevator door. But she was the made and had the cleaning cart. We called down asked for more towels when young girl came up I handed dirty ones she threw on ground.
