They don't check their emails and don't keep hotels.com updated, so I reserved a room there when none was available in reality. They were unprepared when I arrived, had me talk to someone on their cellular phone who could speak minimal English.
I was transferred to their other Victoria hotel and instead of having a great room with "sea view" and a balcony, I had a dark room with no windows at all and obviously no balcony. They kept the MONEY I PAID for the great room with view and balcony though! After much incomprehensible discussions, I was stuck with that.
Included breakfast? Not at the Victoria, even if I showed I paid for it on the reservation. After going argue with "the boss" at the Central Hotel, they gave me a "sandwhich" to eat in the hotel lobby. Thank you.
Things got even more interesting at check-out. There was a power failure all night (so no air conditioning and no window...) and since they had o emergency lights or flashlights, I had to manage getting my baggage out of there IN THE DARK. You should try that, once...
It's totally unacceptable to have me PAY for things they don't give me: they should have compensated.
On the bright side, the young guy at the Victoria didn't speak English but always had a smile.
