The property was well maintained, but it was unimpressive except for the view. The room was stuffy; no air movement. Lots of noise from other rooms / guests. Not worth the high cost.

Great place to relax. Right next to the beach. Staff is great. I could live there if I was able to afford that.

Cypress Inn, a beautiful getaway.

Pros: The staff.
Location: Close proximity to downtown San Francisco, Muir Woods, Pointe Reyes, Half-Moon Bay, Pacificia and Santa Cruz.
The Cypress Inn is located right on the Pacific where you could literally walk for miles in either direction. The staff is exceptional and very willing to share their knowledge of the surrounding area. The breakfast was always satisfying and the late afternoon wine and hors d ouvers were filling with a dessert surprise every evening. We would certainly return in the future.
